This P-38 belongs to Greg Wright from Aurora Illinois, built from a Yellow Aircraft Kit, has 2 G-38 engines and uses a JR 10X radio. The beautful model is finished with Testors Model Master paints.
This RV-3 was built by Herbert Kilian of Downers Grove Illinois from a Great Planes kit, 60" span, O.S .40 and uses an Airtronics radio. Herbert also competes in full size sailplanes and files powered airplanes.
Above are two Hanger 9 ARFs, the first is my Hanger-9 Cap 232, 97" span, G-62 with a Mejzlik 22x10 prop and JR 10X radio. The other is an Extra 330L owned by Steve Gawlik, 97" span, G-62 with NX 22x10 Prop and Airtronics Stylus Radio. These airplanes are very similar and fly great on the G-62 engines.
